These terms explain the current use of the Gwendolyn Style Atelier website and its enquiry, interest-registration and application forms. They do not replace the terms of a future paid styling service.

About Gwendolyn Style Atelier

The website is operated by Chiamaka Gwendolyn Abonyi under the name Gwendolyn Style Atelier, based in Vaasa, Finland. For questions, email gwendolynstyleatelier@gmail.com.

Current booking status

Standard Capsule Wardrobe bookings are not open yet. The website currently accepts capsule interest registrations, Custom Capsule enquiries, Wardrobe Manager applications and general contact messages. No payment is required to submit these forms.

Submitting a form does not create a paid service agreement, reserve a place, confirm availability or oblige you to purchase a service. Any paid engagement will require a separate booking or agreement and the relevant service terms, provided before you commit.

Registering interest in a capsule

Registering interest allows you to indicate which capsule service you are considering and request an email when bookings open. It does not guarantee a launch date, priority access or availability.

You can withdraw your interest and consent to booking-opening emails at any time by contacting gwendolynstyleatelier@gmail.com. Further details about your information are in the Privacy Policy.

Custom Capsule enquiries

A Custom Capsule enquiry begins a discussion about your needs and the possible scope of a service. It is not a confirmed booking. If the service is suitable and available, scope, fees, timing and the applicable terms will be provided separately for you to consider.

Wardrobe Manager applications

The application helps assess whether Wardrobe Manager is suitable for your needs. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or reserve capacity. You are not charged an application fee or committed to the ongoing service by applying.

If your application progresses, the next steps and any proposed agreement will be explained before you decide whether to proceed.

Service descriptions and prices

Descriptions and displayed prices help you assess the proposed services. They do not enable a purchase during the current interest-registration stage. Availability, final scope, total price, applicable tax treatment, payment arrangements and timing will be confirmed before a paid booking or agreement is made.

Clothing purchases and third-party expenses are separate from styling fees unless expressly included in an agreed scope. For Wardrobe Manager, any setup fee and approved travel or other additional expenses will also be explained before commitment.

Future updates to website descriptions or prices do not change an agreement already made without a lawful basis and any required agreement from the client.

Using the forms

Please provide accurate contact details and information relevant to your request. Only submit personal information belonging to you, or information you are authorised to share. These initial forms do not require body photographs, measurements or sensitive health information.

Please do not use the website to send spam, unlawful content or material intended to interfere with its operation. If you make a mistake in a submission, contact me to correct it.

Website content and external links

You may view the website and share links to its pages. GSA’s original written and design content may not be reproduced commercially without permission or another lawful basis. Third-party images and material remain subject to their owners’ rights.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience. External providers are responsible for their websites and their own terms and privacy practices.

Privacy and cookies

The Privacy Policy explains how form submissions and website information are handled. You can manage optional cookie choices through the website’s Cookie Preferences control. Submitting an enquiry or application does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
